Serving Your Whole Self Through Yoga + Wellness

Founded on the theory that we are multidimensional beings, Yoga Therapy and Wellness Facilitation is an exploration of the layers of the self through the physical body, vital energetic body, mind, intuitive wisdom, heart, and spirit. Each of our layers and additional factors are interrelated to each other and to our state of health. Lifestyle, relationships, attitudes, workplace, and the environment that we live in are also contributing factors to our wellbeing.  The practices of yoga therapy and wellness coaching re-integrate us with our inner resources and innate wisdom through practice.

Yoga Therapy and Wellness Facilitation combines ancient yogic teachings and modern science-based practices for health and wellbeing. This combination is an excellent complementary practice to be used in conjunction with western healthcare and offers tools to support self-care. It is well suited for all levels of practitioners and is especially helpful for those who need extra physical, energetic, and emotional support. Practices are adapted to specific needs, ability, and intention.
